Terms & Conditions for Transcend Medi-Aesthetics


Appointments: Appointments must be booked in advance. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.


Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.


Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatments. Minors may receive certain treatments with parental consent.


Payment: Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, debit cards, and most major credit cards.


Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you're unsatisfied with your results, please speak with us.


Medical History: Clients are required to disclose their medical history and any current health conditions. Non-disclosure may lead to complications and will absolve Berenice Plus of any responsibility.


Disclaimer: Results may vary based on individual skin condition, age, lifestyle, and health. Berenice Plus does not guarantee specific results for any treatment.


Privacy: We respect our client’s privacy. Any personal information shared will be kept strictly confidential.


Changes to Terms: Transcend Medi-Aesthetics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
